Job Description:
MPA Recruitment Ballymena is recruiting on behalf of the Northern Ireland Housing Executive for a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy Customer Services Unit.
You will provide a high standard of customer service by telephone, online and face to face, assisting customers with housing enquiries, recording repairs and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
Key Duties
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, web and public counter.
- Accurately diagnose and record repair requests.
- Use IT systems to record and manage customer information.
- Book grounds maintenance inspections and repairs.
- Escalate issues where required.
- Support the team in delivering excellent customer service.
Essential Criteria
Applicants must have either:
- 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) and 2 years' customer service/administrative experience,
OR
- 3 years' experience in a customer advisor role with evidence of ongoing learning and development.
You must also have:
- Experience dealing directly with customers.
- Experience working in a challenging customer service environment.
- Good IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Hours & Pay
Shift Pattern
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Sunday
- Week 2: Thursday, Friday & Saturday
Shift Times
- Between 8:45am and 11:00pm
Pay and Benefits
- £13.69 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Holiday fund
- Overtime available
- Double time on Bank Holidays
Access NI: Basic Access NI check required (£16).
