Job Description
MPA Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Assistant Project Manager on behalf of the Northern Health and Social Care Trust, based at Greenmount House, Ballymena.
This is an excellent opportunity to join the regional Equip Programme, supporting the implementation of a new cloud based HR and Finance system across Health and Social Care Northern Ireland.
Role Responsibilities
- Support delivery and implementation of the Equip Programme
- Assist with project planning, reporting and governance processes
- Maintain project documentation including risk and issue logs
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Support process improvements and system implementation activities
- Monitor project progress, resources and budgets
- Prepare reports and updates for senior management
Essential Criteria
Applicants must have:
- A Degree with 2 years’ relevant experience
OR - HND with 3 years’ relevant experience
OR - 5 years’ relevant project/programme experience
Applicants should also demonstrate:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
- Full UK driving licence and access to transport
Hours and Pay
- Band 6
- £38,682 – £46,580 per annum
- 37.5 hours per week
- Weekly Pay
- Holiday Fund
