On behalf of our client, MPA Recruitment Ballymena is currently recruiting an experienced Joiner to join an established maintenance and construction team operating across the Mid Ulster area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for long term, secure work with the opportunity to progress into a permanent role.

The successful candidate will carry out a range of joinery, repair and maintenance duties across both occupied and void properties, ensuring work is completed to a high standard with excellent customer service.

The Role

• Carry out first and second fix joinery work
• Installation and repair of doors, windows, skirting, flooring and kitchens
• General maintenance and refurbishment works
• Working across void and tenanted properties
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Liaise professionally with tenants and customers on site
• Complete paperwork and job records as required

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Joiner or Carpenter
• Experience working within maintenance or property repairs
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
• Good problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence
• CSR Card desirable
