Looking for long term construction work with the opportunity to secure a permanent position?

MPA Recruitment Ballymena is recruiting a Skilled Labourer to join an established construction and property maintenance team based in Castledawson.

You will work alongside experienced tradespeople, supporting maintenance, refurbishment and repair projects across occupied and void properties. This role would suit someone with practical construction experience who is reliable, hardworking and confident completing a range of site duties.

What You Will Be Doing

• Carrying out general labouring and site support duties
• Assisting with property maintenance and repair work
• Completing basic plastering, patching, painting and snagging tasks
• Supporting joiners, plumbers and other tradespeople
• Working across occupied and void properties
• Keeping work areas clean, safe and organised
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Completing work to a high standard and within agreed timescales

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in construction, labouring or property maintenance
• Ability to complete a range of practical tasks confidently
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely on site
• CSR Card is desirable
• Full driving licence is desirable but not essential

Experience in plastering, joinery, painting, refurbishment or housing maintenance would be advantageous.
