Office Manager - Derry

Job description

MPA Recruitment has been appointed by a highly successful energy business to source an Office Manager to join their team in Derry. This is a pivotal role in a tight-knit, busy team with responsibilities across accounts and general administration.

You will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records on Sage Accounts; reconciling company bank accounts & credit cards; payroll; and processing CIS payments to subcontractors. You will be involved in the processing all HMRC payments, sales ledger, purchase ledger and credit control.

You will liaising with suppliers, oversee stock control for the office, arrange travel and accommodation for staff, liaise with the external accountant and other general admin duties when required.

Previous finance experience and having worked in a busy office environment is essential. Whilst you will be supported by the senior management team, you should have the ability to work with minimal supervision. You will have excellent communication skills and should be the holder of a full driving license.
