​MPA Recruitment Armagh are working in partnership with the Health and Social Services Trust to recruit a HR Attendance Management Officer in Armagh.

JOB SUMMARY

To achieve improved workforce efficiency and utilisation, it is vital that maximum staffing resources are available for work. The post-holder will therefore act as a dedicated HR resource on a day to day basis to specific Directorate(s) with the aim of ensuring that managers are equipped and supported to deal with both short-term, long term and unsustainable staff absenteeism appropriately, with sensitivity and in accordance with the Trust’s Procedure for the Management of Sickness Absence.

Qualifications / Experience Required

1. HNC/HND or equivalent / higher qualification in an administrative related field + one years’ experience in an HR role at Band 3, or above

OR

4 GCSE’s at Grade A-C including English Language and Maths or equivalent/higher qualification + 2 years’ experience in HR, one of which should be at Band 3 level, or above

OR

3 years’ experience in HR, one of which should be at Band 3 level, or above

· Experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel

Car driver with access to a car.

Hours of Work

Monday - Friday, 18.75 hours per week, negotiable

**Immediate Start Required**

Temporary initially for 9 months, may be extended
