MPA are seeking a well experienced Production Operative for a well established client in Lurgan. This isn’t just another production role — it’s a chance to be part of a process that puts safety, quality, and care first. As a Production Operative, you’ll help create carefully manufactured products that make a real difference in everyday life, all within a supportive and well-organised team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components accurately and efficiently
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety specifications
• Follow strict hygiene, health, and safety procedures at all times
• Pack and label products according to company standards
• Record production data and report any faults or defects
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation
• Support continuous improvement and teamwork within the production area

Quality & Safety:

• Adhere to all quality control processes and regulatory requirements
• Identify and report any non-conforming products or equipment issues
• Comply with all workplace health and safety policies

Skills & Experience:

• Previous production or manufacturing experience desirable (training provided)
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to work to targets and deadlines
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
