MPA Recruitment are partnering with a highly successful and expanding client to recruit Production Operatives for their site in Ballygawley, Co. Tyrone. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing, innovative team within a busy production environment. The role initially starts on a temporary basis, with strong potential for permanent employment for reliable and hardworking candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production & Quality Control
• Work within the company’s internal quality systems to maintain high production standards.
• Ensure products meet required specifications through to the finished goods stage.

Health & Safety Compliance

• Follow all health and safety procedures within the production area.
• Operate in a safe and responsible manner at all times.
• Take responsibility for personal safety and the safety of colleagues.

Machine Operation

• Monitor and operate automatic and semi-automatic machinery used in the manufacturing process.
• Report any faults or issues promptly to ensure smooth production flow.

Packing & Dispatch

• Pack finished goods accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure products are properly sealed, labelled, and stored ready for dispatch.
