MPA Recruitment has been appointed by one of the leading hospital and healthcare groups in the MENA region to source a Nursing Manager, Critical Care who will manage the daily operational activities of the critical care unit. This is a world-class healthcare provider with a team of highly experienced experts across all their facilities.
As Nursing Manager, Critical Care you will manage, monitor, organize and supervise the daily operational activities of the critical care units and provide clinical, professional, and managerial leadership to the assigned nursing team. Ensure a high standard of nursing care is consistently delivered to patients safely and cost effectively to achieve the ultimate goal which is patient satisfaction and protect business interest.
Your duties will include monitoring and reviewing the scope of nursing services for the critical care units across the hospital, overseeing and monitoring the delivery of nursing care, ensuring compliance with all approved policies, monitoring the level and standards of the ward staff and working closely with the critical care team to ensure effective patient management and ensuring that the specific consultant care protocols are followed.
You will have at least 12 years’ experience in which 7 years of that as a Head Nurse / Nursing Supervisor, a bachelor’s degree in Nursing at minimum is required.
