Hours: 39 hours per week
Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 3:45pm
Friday: 7:00am – 1:00pm

We are currently recruiting for a Machine Shop Material Handler to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Omagh. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a busy production team within a modern manufacturing environment.

The Role

As a Material Handler, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient movement and supply of materials throughout the machine shop, supporting production and helping to maintain a safe and organised workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Barcode and scan parts before placing them into collection bins.
  • Complete checklists to ensure all required parts are available.
  • Operate a pallet truck to maintain a continuous supply of materials to the machine shop.
  • Load, move and transport materials safely and accurately.
  • Stack and store products efficiently in designated areas.
  • Support the production team with press brake operations when required.
  • Assist with supplying materials to production lines.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Carry out daily safety checks and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area.
  • Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.
