As one of the main contracted suppliers we are recruiting CPI Trained Learning Disability Support Workers for our long term established client across two sites based in Malllusk and Lisburn 

CPI Training is essential for these roles don't worry if you are not CPI trained MPA offer this training at a fantastic price on £90!

We can offer staff full time or part time consistent hours 

Shift Patterns include: long days, waking night shifts, early shifts, afternoon shifts

Pay Rates: £13.00-15.00 (Shift Dependant) 

A day to day working with our clients will include:

• Taking part in daily activities
• Following services user support plans
• Assisting with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting
• Promoting independence where appropriate
• Assisting with all aspects of personal care & feeding

The Person:

• 6 months minimum paid experience working with Learning Disability
• Must be CPI Trained OR willing to complete MPA training at a cost of £90
• Registered with NISCC
• Willingness to do mandatory training courses
• Must complete Enhanced Access NI check
