As one of the main contracted suppliers to a range of independent living services across Belfast are recruiting CPI Trained Learning Disability Support Workers, don't worry if you are not CPI trained MPA offer this training at a fantastic price on £75!

We can offer staff full time or part time hours which means you can pick up shifts around your currently role or take on a completely new challenge!

Shift Patterns include: long days, waking night shifts, early shifts, afternoon shift & sleepovers

Pay Rates: £12.75-£21.55 (Shift Dependant) 

A day to day working with our clients will include:

• Taking part in daily activities
• Following services user support plans
• Assisting with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting
• Promoting independence where appropriate
• Assisting with all aspects of personal care & feeding

The Person:

• 6 months minimum paid experience working with Learning Disability
• Must be CPI Trained OR willing to complete MPA training
