Your Role as a Healthcare Assistant

As a Healthcare Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting residents and promoting their comfort, dignity and independence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities.
• Supporting residents at mealtimes and recording food and fluid intake.
• Helping residents with mobility and encouraging independence.
• Maintaining a safe, comfortable and dignified environment.
• Providing compassionate, person-centred care.

What You'll Need

To join our team, you'll need:

• At least 6 months' experience in a care setting.
• Current NISCC registration or a willingness to apply.
• A caring, compassionate and reliable approach.
• A willingness to complete mandatory training and the required AccessNI checks.
• A commitment to delivering high standards of care.
