Your Role as a Healthcare Assistant

You'll play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred care and supporting residents with their daily needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities.
• Supporting residents at mealtimes and recording food and fluid intake.
• Helping with mobility while promoting independence.
• Maintaining a safe, comfortable and dignified environment.
• Providing compassionate care and supporting residents' wellbeing.

What You'll Need

To join our team, you'll need:

• At least 6 months' experience in a care setting.
• Current NISCC registration or a willingness to apply.
• A caring, compassionate and reliable attitude.
• A willingness to complete mandatory training and the required AccessNI checks.
• A commitment to providing high standards of care.
