MPA Recruitment has been appointed by one of the leading hospital and healthcare groups in the MENA region to source a Head Nurse, OR this is a world-class healthcare provider with a team of highly experienced experts across all their facilities.
As Head Nurse, OR you will provide daily guidance and supervision to the OR Nurses, ensuring they are trained and competent to scrub and circulate as per speciality as well as ensuring RR / CSSD Staff are trained and competent to do their job. This position plays a significant role in ensuring that all booked surgeries are done on time with compliance to JCIA / CBAHI standards. Effective utilisation, cost effective concept without compromising the quality are priority in this role.
Your duties will include inspecting OR and RR environment to ensure the appropriateness and compliance to JACIA / CBAHI standards, checking all equipment and machines are functioning, allocating staff assignment as per their skills and abilities, Monitor patients post-operative in recovery room
You will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with 5 years of this being at Senior Level.
