MPA Recruitment, Coleraine is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established hotel on the beautiful North Coast for an experienced Chef de Partie.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic chef to join a busy kitchen team, preparing high-quality dishes while maintaining exceptional food hygiene and presentation standards.

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing your designated section of the kitchen, ensuring food is prepared and presented to the highest standard. You will work closely with the senior kitchen team to deliver an outstanding dining experience while maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard.
• Manage your assigned section and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Support the Head Chef and Kitchen Manager in delivering excellent service.
• Ensure all food is prepared in line with recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and health & safety.
• Assist with stock rotation, ordering and minimising food waste.
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team during busy service periods.

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (essential).
• A passion for producing high-quality food.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong team player with a positive and professional attitude.
