Allocations Officer

Job description

MPA are currently recruiting for an Allocations Officer to join an experienced team in the Ballymoney area. This position has an immediate start and full-time hours are available. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible administrative duties related to the provision of domiciliary care.

Role Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of client caseload and list of workers

  • Processing of mail both incoming and outgoing

  • Responsibility or calculation and checking of mileage.

  • Responsible for processing of all cover for clients and workers IE annual leave, sick leave, and maternity leave

  • Maintenance of accurate changes in relation to client cover and relief cover

  • Co-Ordinate all payment and payroll runs for the provision of homecare workers.

.Essential Criteria

  • 3 GCSE grade A-C and one years admin experience in an office environment

  • 6 mounts Keyboard skills

Or

  • 3 Years administration experience within the last 5 years gained in an office environment.

 

Plus

Knowledge of the role of an Allocation officer and an understanding of the domiciliary service provision
