Job description
MPA are currently recruiting for an Allocations Officer to join an experienced team in the Ballymoney area. This position has an immediate start and full-time hours are available. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible administrative duties related to the provision of domiciliary care.
Role Responsibilities
Maintenance of client caseload and list of workers
Processing of mail both incoming and outgoing
Responsibility or calculation and checking of mileage.
Responsible for processing of all cover for clients and workers IE annual leave, sick leave, and maternity leave
Maintenance of accurate changes in relation to client cover and relief cover
Co-Ordinate all payment and payroll runs for the provision of homecare workers.
.Essential Criteria
3 GCSE grade A-C and one years admin experience in an office environment
6 mounts Keyboard skills
Or
3 Years administration experience within the last 5 years gained in an office environment.
Plus
Knowledge of the role of an Allocation officer and an understanding of the domiciliary service provision
