UK / Irish Qualified Physiotherapist - Cayman Islands

Job description

MPA Recruitment has been appointed by a busy private practice in the Cayman Islands to source a UK or Irish Qualified Physiotherapist to relocate and join their team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in travel and living abroad.

This is a manual therapy focused practice with a patient mix covering office work related conditions and sports injuries. The practice has built its success by taking a holistic approach and aiming to prevent reoccurrence of injury rather than just treating the symptoms.

There will be an initial case load upon arrival, but you will be responsible for developing and building your own case load over time. You will have strong time management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The successful candidate will be UK or Irish qualified, chartered and will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a busy private practice environment. The practice offers a range of services and dry needling certification would be beneficial. You will be able to demonstrate success at working independently.

The Cayman Islands are well known for their sense of community, diversity and the people’s warm and welcoming nature. This role is ideal for someone who would like to experience working internationally, gain good professional experience and also enjoy the Caribbean lifestyle in your free time. Although busy, there is a culture of work life balance in the practice.

You will receive a tax-free salary and additional benefits such as private medical insurance and pension. You will also receive an additional commission based on the number of patients seen per week enabling you to increase your total salary as you build your case load.

I am keen to have an initial discussion with anyone who feels this could potentially be of interest. Please contact Mark Canning at MPA Recruitment on +44 (0)28 7136 0070 or send an up to date CV via the link provided to speak further about this opportunity.
