Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans and professional standards.

Monitor and assess residents' health and wellbeing.

Administer medication safely and accurately.

Carry out clinical observations and report any concerns appropriately.

Provide emotional support and reassurance to residents and their families.

Support residents with personal care needs, including dressing, toileting, eating, and mobility assistance where required.

Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Promote dignity, independence, and person-centred care at all times.

Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards.

Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Essential Requirements

Current NMC Registration.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and effectively manage workload priorities.

Strong clinical assessment and observation skills.

Ability to follow policies, procedures, and best practice guidelines.

Competent record-keeping and care planning skills.
