Project & Quality Site Manager

£45,000 - £50,000 per annum doe

Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Site Manager to lead installation teams and take full responsibility for project delivery on site. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard, while maintaining strong communication between site and office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site teams to ensure productivity, quality, and accountability
• Oversee projects from installation through to completion and handover
• Monitor progress and resolve issues to keep projects on track
• Ensure all work meets specifications, quality standards, and client expectations
• Coordinate labour, materials, and site requirements
• Maintain clear communication with office teams and clients
• Enforce health & safety compliance on site
• Complete site reporting, inspections, and final snagging

Requirements

• Proven site management experience (construction, doors, façade, or similar)
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to read technical drawings
• CSCS card required (SSSTS/SMSTS preferred)
• Good knowledge of health & safety regulations
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach
