The Role

As a Senior Legal Recruitment Consultant, you will bring your existing market knowledge, relationships and recruitment expertise to a professional environment where you can continue to build on your success.

You will take ownership of your desk, develop client relationships, identify new business opportunities and deliver a high-quality recruitment service across the legal sector.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and vacancy briefing through to placement and aftercare.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with law firms, legal professionals and key decision-makers.
• Building and nurturing a strong network of legal candidates.
• Identifying new business opportunities and growing existing client accounts.
• Providing expert market insight and a consultative service to clients and candidates.
• Negotiating terms and delivering successful placements.
• Working towards agreed commercial targets while maintaining exceptional service standards.

About You

We are looking for a confident, commercially minded recruitment professional with significant experience in the legal recruitment market.

You will ideally have:

• A proven track record in legal recruitment.
• An established network of clients and candidates within the legal sector.
• Strong business development and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• The drive and autonomy to develop your desk and maximise earning potential.
