Night Time Residential Child Support Workers, Lisburn

30 Hours Per Week , working 10pm–8am, pay £18.27-£22.49 per hour

MPA Recruitment is recruiting Night Time Residential Child Support Workers to join the team at a children’s Home in Lisburn.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people aged 11–17, helping them feel safe, build confidence and develop the skills they need for a brighter, more independent future.

You’ll provide compassionate care, emotional support and guidance, helping create a safe, stable and nurturing environment where every young person has the opportunity to thrive.

Essential Criteria

Applicants must meet one of the following:

• Level 3 care-related qualification plus 1 year’s relevant paid experience.

• Level 2 care-related qualification or 4 GCSEs (including English and Maths) plus 2 years’ relevant paid experience.

• 3 years’ relevant paid experience working with young people aged 11–17.

Applicants must also have current NISCC registration and a full UK driving licence permitting manual vehicle use.
