MPA Recruitment is recruiting Care Assistants to work with two of our clients, Residential Care homes in Belfast, offering hourly rates of £12.75–£21.55 and flexible shifts, including 8am–8pm, 8pm–8am, 8am–2pm and 2pm–8pm. Twilight shifts are also available.

You’ll be supporting older people living with dementia and other physical or cognitive impairments, providing personal care, assistance with daily living and companionship.

Opportunities are available to work on the main floor of the homes or provide dedicated 1:1 support to individual residents. Whether you’re looking for full-time hours, part-time work or extra shifts around existing commitments, we’ll work with your availability to find shifts that suit you.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 6 months’ paid experience in a similar care or healthcare role

• NISCC registered or willing to register

• Willingness to complete an Enhanced Access NI check

• A caring, reliable and compassionate approach

• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

What We Offer

We offer good hourly rates with excellent unsocial hours enhancements:

• Monday–Friday: £12.75 per hour

• Saturday: £17.22 per hour

• Sunday: £21.55 per hour

Alongside flexible shift patterns and full-time or part-time opportunities, you’ll receive weekly pay, holiday pay and ongoing support from your dedicated MPA Recruitment consultant.
