Salary: £18.27–£19.30 per hour

Hours: Full-time and Part Time - Permanent Days and Nights Available

Location: Belfast (Multiple Locations in the Belfast area)

The Role

You’ll lead the care team to deliver exceptional nursing care, champion resident independence and dignity, and ensure safe, compliant clinical practice. You’ll also support staff development, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to inspections, governance, and quality improvement.

Essential Criteria

• NMC Registered Nurse
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Confident using IT and clinical systems
• Ability to build professional relationships
• Able to work under pressure while motivating a team

Desirable Criteria

• Experience in elderly nursing care
• People management or team leadership experience
• Experience with audits, governance, or quality improvement
