Due to a huge increase in demand, MPA are urgently recruiting Care Assistants and Support Workers to work in Bangor, Newtownards, and surrounding Areas.

As one of Northern Irelands leading agencies, we are supplying to several large healthcare clients in the area and are currently the Number 1 Agency with the HSC Trust.

There are opportunities for Care Assistants and support workers to pick up full time or part time hours, along with block booking possibilities. Whatever you require, we can accommodate your needs!

Excellent salary opportunities of £12.70ph - £20.95ph based on the shifts and locations that you work.

Examples of the sectors you could work-

·         Care Homes -both residential and Nursing Homes

·         Learning disability and physical disability supported living accommodation

·         Hospitals

·         Day Centres

·         Hostels/ Homelessness support

·         Substance misuse /addiction support /

·         Acute mental Health and rehabilitation

·         Acquired Brain injury

Duties will Include-

·         Delivering quality personal care to each service user, using person centered planning

·         Where appropriate, supporting them with washing, dressing, eating, and maintaining personal hygiene

·         ensuring they feel part of life within the unit/ facility

Minimum Requirements:

·         NISCC Registered or willing to apply

·         Be willing to complete an Enhanced Access NI Check yearly at a fee of £32

·         All candidates must have 6 months paid experience within a similar role in the UK and be able to provide references
