Job Title: Grounds Supervisor - 3597
On behalf of our Client, the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, MPA Recruitment welcomes suitable applications for the role of Grounds Supervisor in the Belfast Area.
Location: Adelaide Street, Belfast
Hours of work: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday: 09.00am to 5pm)
Salary range: £12.38
Your Duties:
Planned Maintenance and Grounds Rehabilitation responsibilities.
Attending site meetings and liaising as necessary to ensure completion of the programme of works.
Response Maintenance responsibilities.
Detailing and coordinating the Works Orders for Tree Surgery works
Inspecting the progress and quality of Contractors work.
Duties in connection with the Grounds Maintenance Land Asset Register.
Your Profile:
A degree in Landscaping or equivalent alongside side at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Have a full current driving licence or a method of transport to enable.
Additional Information:
A Basic Access NI Check is required at a cost of £16.
