This is more than just a driving job—you'll play a vital role in helping clients safely access essential services, social activities, educational outings, and community events while providing exceptional care and support along the way.

Location: Belfast
Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday – Friday
Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour

What You'll Be Doing:

• Safely transporting clients, patients, and staff to a variety of destinations
• Assisting passengers with mobility needs, including wheelchair users and those requiring walking aids
• Ensuring clients travel safely using appropriate restraint systems
• Providing support before, during, and after journeys while maintaining dignity, privacy, and respect
• Supporting social, educational, and recreational outings
• Building positive relationships with clients and contributing to their wellbeing
• Working closely with care teams to support individual and group care programmes

What We're Looking For:

• Driver CPC Qualification
• Category C/C1 or Category D Licence
• Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 3 penalty points
• Experience driving commercial vehicles up to 7,500kg
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A caring, patient, and professional approach
