Cook

MPA are recruiting for a cook to cover temporary ongoing shifts in nursing home settings in the Derry/Londonderry area.

Duties will include;

• Food preparation and cooking

• Menu planning and ordering of products

• Stock control to minimise wastage

• Adhering to the HACCP policy

• Temperature monitoring

• Following the company’s health and safety policy including COSHH

• Team work

• General Cleaning Duties

 

Qualification’s required:

• NVQ Level 1 or 2 in catering or equivalent

• Basic or Intermediate food Hygiene

• Candidates must be willing to undertake an Access NI police check.
