Job Title: Commercial Property Senior Admin Officer - 3674

 

On behalf of our Client, the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, MPA Recruitment welcomes suitable applications for the role of Commercial Property Senior Admin Officer in the Belfast area.

 

Location: Adelaide Street, Belfast.

Hours of work: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday: 09.00am to 5pm)

Salary range: £12.38

 

Your Duties:

  • Maintaining and updating Databases and Systems, including filing of lease and associated housing documents.

  • Processing all team communications in an efficient manner, ensuring responses are issued in a timely manner and records maintained.

  • Maintaining and updating the organisational filing system and implementation of Retention Policy.

  • Managing and maintaining ongoing property and commercial tenant reviews and actions for the surveyors.

  • Preparation and issue of all legal and associated documentation to commercial tenants and carrying out the appropriate landlord requirements.

  • The digitalisation of key documents, which will involve document retrieval and scanning.

  • Dealing with customer queries, including accepting rent payments.

  • Dealing with rent arrears recovery, including preparing necessary documentation for legal action.

  • Processing invoices for payment and ensure accurate recording.

Your Profile:

  • Possess a BTEC Higher or equivalent qualification plus one year of relevant general administrative experience.

OR

  • Possess a BTEC National or equivalent qualification plus two years of relevant general administrative experience.

OR

  • Exceptionally, candidates not holding the above level of qualification but with three years of relevant general administrative experience, may also be considered.

Have significant experience in the following areas:

  • Experience in providing effective administrative support.

  • Experience in the maintenance and development of complex electronic databases or IT support systems using Microsoft packages.

  • Experience of dealing with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

  • Experience in the preparation of written reports for senior management.

  • A Basic Access NI Check is Required at a cost of £16.
