Job Title: Clerical Officer - 3244

On behalf of our Client, the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, MPA Recruitment welcomes suitable applications for the role of Clerical Officer in the Belfast Area.

Location: Adelaide Street, Belfast

Hours of work: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday: 09.00am to 5pm)

Salary range: £10.60

Closing Date: 7th November 2023

 

Your Duties:

· Posts in the Level 2 grade undertake a wide variety of tasks with an element of discretion being applied to making decisions within a defined framework e.g. the presentation of information in tabular or descriptive form, answering queries on basic or associated tasks and seeking out more detailed information for approval for release by more senior staff.

 

· All routine and repetitive processes are governed by detailed written instructions. Processes and procedures requiring a working knowledge of the section would be undertaken by a Level 2 post. 

· For industrial staff, the work requires competence, coordination, or skill with some demand for precision.

 

Your Profile:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

  • At least 4 GCSEs including Maths and English.

  • IT/Microsoft Office Proficiency at a beginner level.

  • Communication skills (written and Verbal) as well as good customer service skills are essential.

Additional Information:

  • A Basic Access NI Check is required at a cost of £18.
