MPA Recruitment are working in partnership to assist our client the Northern Ireland Housing Executive to recruit a Clerical officer for the Ballymena Area. The suitable candidate will have strong administrative skills and willing to work as part of a team.
Posts in the Level 2 grade undertake a wide variety of tasks with an element of discretion being applied to making decisions within a defined framework e.g. the presentation of information in tabular or descriptive form, answering queries on basic or associated tasks and seeking out more detailed information for approval for release by more senior staff.
All routine and repetitive processes are governed by detailed written instructions.
Processes and procedures requiring a working knowledge of the section would be undertaken by a Level 2 post.
For industrial staff the work requires competence, co-ordination or skill with some demand for precision.
