MPA Recruitment has been appointed by one of the leading hospital and healthcare groups in the MENA region to source a Charge Nurse, Telemetry this is a world-class healthcare provider with a team of highly experienced experts across all their facilities.
As Charge Nurse, Telemetry you will be responsible, supervise and support assigned group of nursing personnel and support nursing care of patient in telemetry unit by assessing and maintaining a high level of patient care. This will be done by evaluating other nurses and acting as an educational resource to them. Coordinating administrative and clinical nursing care activities to the Head Nurse as required and represent the unit for nursing committee’s and task force as required.
Your duties for this role will include but not limited to supervising the admission, discharge, and general flow of patients, preparing unit schedules, supervising all aspects of medication management, performing nursing procedures, identifying staff development needs and documenting the performance of the nurses.
You will have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Nursing and a minimum of 7 years of experience in General Nursing.
