The Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents, helping them feel safe, comfortable, respected and valued.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing personal care and support

• Assisting residents with mobility and daily activities

• Offering companionship, reassurance and emotional support

• Supporting residents to maintain their dignity, independence and wellbeing

• Working as part of a professional care team to deliver excellent standards of care

We're Looking For

We are looking for individuals who are:

• Caring, compassionate and empathetic

• Reliable, professional and hardworking

• Passionate about providing excellent standards of care

• NISCC registered

• Able to demonstrate at least 6 months of UK-based experience working in a residential or nursing home setting within the last 2 years
