We’re looking for dedicated, caring and resilient Children’s Residential Support Workers to join our agency team, supporting children and young people in residential homes across Belfast, Lisburn and Downpatrick.

 We’re looking for people who are:

•  Caring, compassionate and child-focused
• Reliable, responsible and emotionally resilient
•  Confident supporting children and young people with a range of needs
•  Able to work as part of a professional team
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting children’s wellbeing
• Experienced in children’s residential care or a relevant social care setting - 6 Months UK Based Experience 
• NISCC Registered or Willingness to Register
