Job Title: Admin Officer - 3580
On behalf of our Client, the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, MPA Recruitment welcomes suitable applications for the role of Admin Officer.
Location: Adelaide Street, Belfast
Hours of work: Monday to Friday (8am-4pm)
Salary range: £11.98
Key Responsibilities:
The Admin Officer will be responsible for a variety of Office Administrative tasks including:
• Preparation of Reports for Senior Managements.
• Data-Entry.
• Responding to customer enquiries via E-Mail.
• Responding to Internal and External stakeholders via Telephone. This will include Being able to communicate on the phone with tenants and operatives.
• To be proficient in IT/Telephony technology and be able to pick up different organisational software packages.
• Minute taking, engagement with organisational stakeholders, and some Analysis work.
Essential:
• At least one year of experience in an administrative environment.
• At least 4 GCSEs including English and Maths.
• IT/Microsoft Office Proficiency at an intermediate level, with a focus on Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Minute taking experience is preferred.
Additional Information:
• A Basic Access NI Check is Required at a cost of £16.
• Full time, Temporary, 13-week contract initially.
