MPA Recruitment is proud to announce that we have been recognized in the London Stock Exchange Group’s 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain report.

The report is a celebration of the UK’s fastest-growing and most dynamic small and medium-sized businesses across the UK.

To be included in the list, companies needed to show consistent revenue growth over a minimum of three years, and significantly outperforming their industry peers. More detail on the methodology can be found in the report online at www.1000companies.com.

MPA is the only recruitment agency from NI that made it into the report and recognised as one of the top staffing businesses that inspire the nation.

Our Managing Director Paul McQue said, “When I received the letter I had to read it several times. To be a part of this prestigious report and for our organisation to have this recognition of our dynamic growth, is exceptional. The company is very proud and I’m extremely proud of what the MPA team has achieved to date.”

Paul McQue attributed the company’s growth to its outstanding team throughout all of their branches and the loyalty of their diverse customer base, saying; “We have both, outstanding staff and clients within the sector and here at MPA, I believe we have led the way in Northern Ireland in embracing new technology and its utilisation in how we interact with our candidates and our clients, driving sustainable innovation in the recruitment market.

“We work in partnership with our ever-growing client base, ensuring that we meet their needs. To have clients who have been with us since we opened our doors 22 years ago says it all.”
