BALLYMENA

£22,000 BASIC + UNCAPPED BONUS

I am sourcing an enthusiastic Telesales Representative for our Healthcare client based in Ballymena. Our client is a supplier of specialist Healthcare equipment, distributing throughout the UK and Ireland.

You will be responsible for generating sales through Telemarketing activity. You will make outbound calls to Health care clients to promote our client’s products and attempt to close sales deals and build good customer relationships.

You will need to have excellent communication skills when listening to customer needs and then for promoting the benefits of our client’s products. You will need superior people skills to quickly build trust and rapport with clients. You will need confidence to enable you to comfortably present products or services over the phone as well as dealing with queries regarding products.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Gathering prospect information to develop a growing client base
  • Navigate corporate structures to identify decision makers and determine buying process
  • Conduct research and develop sales lead opportunities
  • Outbound B2B sales calls (potential new customers and existing customers)
  • Document call attempts and responses
  • Develop specific and extensive product knowledge to attract new customers
  • Calling potential customers for email and contact names
  • Contacting businesses to confirm data and information held
  • Run email campaigns
  • Emailing brochures and introduce our products to wholesalers, pharmacies & online traders
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Cold calling
  • Upselling
  • Dealing with software packages
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

PERSON SPEC

  • Resilient and able to handle rejection
  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota, preferably over the phone
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding negotiation skills

Our client offers a basic salary of £22,000 with an uncapped bonus structure meaning you are in control of your own earning potential.
