Job Role: Site Supervisor with BKR experience
MPA Belfast are proud to be partnering with a well-established company who specialise in Building Maintenance, Construction & Building to recruit a permanent Site Supervisor to work on domestic housing schemes throughout the Belfast and Greater Belfast areas.
Location – Belfast
Hours of Work – Full Time Contract
Salary - £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
What the role entails:
Ensuring the safe delivery of the social housing project
Leading and motivating the site team to ensure the project is delivered in line with agreed programme
Ensuring quality standards are met throughout the construction process and the project is delivered within budget
Continuously liaising with the client throughout, ensuring all targets are met successfully
Essential Criteria:
A knowledge and understanding of the construction process and all trades
A proactive attitude
Previous BKR experience
Valid driving licence
