MPA Recruitment Ltd are working alongside a national support services organisation to find an experienced Contract / Site Manager.
The main purpose of this role is to manage the Service Level Agreement.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all elements are fully implemented:
- Performance Reporting
- Client Management
- Financial Management
- Ensure each team members carries out specific tasks as per their role whilst demonstrating and maintaining high standards of safety, competency, cleanliness and hygiene.
- Lead, perform and take part in various site audits
- Assist the Operations Manager with training: induction training, on-going operational training and training administration.
- Record keeping
- Ensure store rooms are appropriately stocked.
