Senior Product Designer - Benefits

MPA Recruitment has been retained by a leading Digital Health organisation to recruit a Senior Product Designer to join their team. We are looking for a strategic, outcome-focused, and energetic Senior Product Designer to take on the challenge of ensuring our clients platform goals for modularization, interoperability, and scaling initiatives are meeting our market needs of clients and employer group clients.
You will be joining an organisation that has grown significantly in recent years to become a leader within the Digital Health sector by bringing much-needed innovation to the stagnant health care industry. Their mission is to help people live healthier, happier lives every day.
You will be responsible for your work and accompany your concepts throughout the development life cycle, and continuously broaden your horizon on design and user research methodologies, technologies, market and industry trends? You enjoy working with product management and engineering to identify the highest impact problems to solve, contribute design strategy to major projects and can balance delivering high-quality experiences to our customers quickly and iteratively.
You also like to actively coach and mentor your design peers to provide feedback on their work and ensure the team is creating a cohesive and consistent design system across all parts of our products.
About you:
You have 5+ years of working experience as a Product and/or UX Designer.
Solid experience with the entire product design process, from research and problem discovery through to detailed interaction and visual design.
You have been a part of (or led) a team that has successfully shipped multiple cross-platform digital products
You have experience leading (and shaping!) process improvements including team rituals and design processes.
Strong sketching / whiteboarding skills that can quickly communicate complex ideas to teammates and stakeholders
The experiences, user flows and interactions you design are intentional and validated by real customers
You are comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy helping to surface and define problems, not simply designing solutions.
You have a strong ability to think technically, with working knowledge of platform patterns for Responsive Web and native mobile apps.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing enterprise products for large organizations (10,000+ employees), understanding their thinking and ways of working.
Experience working with charts, data visualizations, or dashboard design.
Experience in the Healthcare or Health Benefits industry.
