MPA has been appointed by a leading digital health company to source a Senior Manager of Member Marketing to join their team in Toronto. This role can also be remote. In this role you will play an integral part of the marketing team responsible for driving engagement and value from their existing customer base. In addition to running highly effective campaigns, you will help cement the member experience as a competitive advantage.
As a Senior Manager of Member Marketing you will lead a team responsible for building and analyzing member lifecycle marketing campaigns, including eCommerce buyer journeys, through email, in-app messaging, push notifications, and more to drive engagement KPIs. You will own the companies final member facing messaging, content development, while ensuring consistency across all channels while also leading communication and change management strategy for new clients supporting enrollment and activation metrics.
In this role you will partner with the product and client success teams to build a roadmap and execute projects and campaigns that lead to customer engagement opportunities that serve to educate and drive active usage. You will plan and QA programs and campaigns for specific segments or target audiences (e.g. based on their benefits plan/coverage, their health interests, and other key characteristics) to support KPIs and personalization strategy.
You will hold a bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with 5 years of marketing experience working with data to drive member engagement across channels. You will have experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or equivalent, Marketo or Braze) and have experience managing teams and project budgets.
