MPA Recruitment has been appointed by a leading organisation in Qatar to source a Senior Manager to join their Shared Services Department. This is a new position within a large government institution that are working to deliver state of the art infrastructure and buildings that would meet the needs of the country well beyond the highly anticipated 2022 football World Cup.
You will be reporting to the Director of Shared Services and managing 4 direct reports. Your responsibilities will include providing leadership management and oversight to the Human Resources, Finance, Administrative Affairs, Information Systems and General Services; and building capacity through reportable KPIs that impact delivery models. You will create, execute and monitor a clear strategy for the Director for the Shared Services Division to ensure achievement of Shared Services outcomes, business process change, productivity improvements and the maximisation of efficiencies across the authority.
You will be in involved in the development of systems, policies and procedures to underpin the shared service delivery. You will also provide recommendations for training and development to ensure operational delivery of services for business improvement purposes. You must also drive process efficiency to ensure business effectiveness.
You will have a minimum of 20 years working experience out of which a minimum of 7 years’ experience in shared services environment. You must have a university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources or in a similar subject. A Master’s degree would be highly desirable.
