MPA Recruitment has been appointed by a leading technology company in the North West to source a Senior Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who has fantastic organisational skills, who would love to support the Senior Leadership Team.
You must have a qualification in Office or Business Administration or equivalent. You will need to a have at least 2 years’ experience working as an administrative assistant, supporting senior management in a busy office environment. It is essential that you have knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, with specific knowledge of MS Excel and other reporting systems. You must be confident to effectively and professionally respond to all enquires of the senior team. Part of the role will also be to handle interruptions and prioritise deliverables in a busy office. You must also have the ability to work off your own initiative and be an integral part of a busy team.
