MPA Recruitment are working alongside a worldwide charitable organization to recruit a Retail Manager.
The ideal Candidate
Relevant experience of retail management to include:
Knowledge of budgets and sales analysis
Product knowledge and awareness of market trends
Merchandising
Previous experience of managing and motivating a team in order to achieve sales
Proven track record of managing sales, budgets, P&L, rotas and recruitment
Previous experience of using product knowledge and trend awareness to generate sales
Experience of utilizing merchandising and social media to increase sales
Communication and networking both internally and external of the business
