Retail Assistant – Replenishment

MPA are pleased to be teaming up with our client to supply Replenishment Assistants in Various superstore in Carrickfergus.

In this role you will be focused on the important task of replenishing stock across produce, fresh food, and dry goods. Do not worry – we will train you on everything you need to know.  And you will be doing the most important job there is – helping our customers.

Part of a close-knit, dedicated team, you will always have support on hand; but we will also trust you to use your own initiatives.  It is about being the difference to everyone around you.

What is great is that you do not need to bring any specific experience to this role – you just need to bring your best attitude to work.  You are friendly, you love helping people, and it really shows

Pay rate for this role is:

Day Shift, Times vary from 6am -10pm•

Age 18-20 - £7.00ph

Age 21-24 - £8.50ph

Age 25+ - £8.75ph

Night Shift, 11pm – 7pm

Age 18-20 - £9.00ph

Age 21-24 - £10.50pm

Age 25+ - £10.75ph

Duties will include:

Replenishing stock, while following best practice, processes, and techniques

Knowing where products are located 

Helping customers on the shop floor 

Understanding stock rotation 

Following safety procedures
