Nuclear Medicine
$ 32.99 to $44.220 per hour
MPA Recruitment has been retained by a leading hospital and care complex to recruit a Registered Technologist to join their Nuclear Medicine team. Our client is a leading hospital organization based in the Thunder Bay region, specialising in Patient and Family Centred Care.
Under the direction of the Manager of Molecular Imaging and the Medical Director, the successful candidate must be able to perform a wide range of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as well as prepare and administer all radiopharmaceuticals to patients.
Qualifications:
Registered Medical Radiation Technologist in the discipline of Nuclear Medicine with a current license( or eligible) from the CMRTO is required
Registration with OAMRS and CAMRT is recommended
Must be flexible and work both autonomously and in a team environment
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of hospital information systems and picture archiving systems an asset
Ability to handle stressful situations and fluctuating workload
