Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional care and emotional support to patients.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Assist patients with personal hygiene, dressing, toileting, and feeding as required.
• Participate in activities with patients, promoting their overall well-being.
• Conduct clinical observation duties, such as monitoring body temperature and administering medication.
• Follow policies and procedures, ensuring patient safety and quality care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues.

Requirements:

• Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize workload effectively.
• Good written skills for maintaining care plans and records.
