Job description
We are excited to be recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer for our Award Winning Branch in Ballymena, due to growth we are adding a new member to our team. The successful candidate will be working to provide support to the busy team, screening candidates and matching them to suitable roles, conducting interviews, general admin. paperwork and adhering to RQIA guidelines. This job will also entail a rotational on call services to assist our clients out of normal business hours.
Summary
As a Recruitment Resourcer, your job will be to provide support to the company's recruitment consultants. This includes candidate name gathering and reviewing CV's, interviews, candidate management, database management and ensuring quality assurance compliance. The main responsibilities of the job are to support your colleagues in sourcing and screening candidates to send to clients for for their job vacancies.
Hours of work
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm with a 30 min lunch
Duties and responsibilities
Screening candidates and matching them to suitable roles
Sourcing job applicants from a database and exploring employment opportunities
Contacting candidates to arrange interviews via telephone and email
Establishing contacts to help build the client database
Negotiating contracts including salary and benefit issues with job candidates and starter packs
Responding to general consultancy enquiries
General data administration and paperwork
Achieving key performance indicators in relation to generating candidates for the business
Achieving key performance indicators in relation to generating candidates for the business
identifying skills to match appropriately with vacancies
Essential Criteria
Must be able to commit to on call duties on a monthly rotational basis
Be able to work from the office as role does not involve remote working
Efficient in Microsoft Office packages
