Based in our town centre office, the successful candidate will report to the Branch manager, working within a well-established, fast paced recruitment team and delivering the highest standards in customer care.

The main duties and responsibilities of the role:

·To supply quality workers to our vast Client base

·To identify and win new business, whilst developing existing business

·To target and exploit potential business opportunities

·To maintain and grow relationships with clients, respond to client requests in set time

·To resource and generate a suitable pool of candidates

·To carry out recruitment and selection of temporary and permanent staff

·To adhere to strict compliance guidelines with reference to MPA quality standards as well as other regulatory bodies including the REC and RQIA including pre-employment checks

·To work flexibly as part of the existing recruitment team

·To organise and attend networking events

·To promote MPA and engage in a positive culture both internally and externally

·To pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role

Essential Criteria:

·Proven track record in a Recruitment role

·Sales focused with a competitive drive

·Ability to multitask in a very busy environment

·Team player and willing to work to agreed targets
