MPA Recruitment have been appointed by a large Healthcare Group to source a Quality Coordinator to join their team in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for planning, implantation, evaluation and reporting of all quality management and improvement processes.
You will coordinate the facilities efforts to monitor and maintain regulatory and accreditation standards and act as an advocate providing leadership in the development and measurement of the facility’s approach to quality and performance improvement.
The ideal candidate will be of degree standard and will possess at least 3 years’ experience in a quality leadership position and will be familiar with regulatory accreditation processes. It will be beneficial if you come from a nursing background and have worked within an inpatient environment.
